FEARLESS FORESTERS: November 5 Special Day program offering for Grades K - 5!
Join us on an adventure through the forest for your student to foster a meaningful connection to the natural world. In our active day program, students will navigate the local forest and gain valuable outdoor knowledge and skills aimed at them understanding their place in the ecosystem.
In this program we will uncover the hidden systems of the Nantucket forest. From the soil to the treetops, your student will practice and enhance their understanding of the forest biome through experiments, hikes, and enrichment activities. By the end, your student will develop the skills needed to be a fearless forester. Above all, we will explore the natural world with curiosity, joy, respect, and gratitude. Participants will be dropped off at the MMA's Hinchman House Natural Science Museum at 8:50am and pick up will be at 2pm at the Natural Science Museum, 7 Milk Street.
Cost per participant:$50

Medical Release Forms REQUIRED
Upon registration, you will be required to fill out a medical release form for your student to participate in these programs. We cannot allow your student to participate if these forms are not completed prior to attendance.
