A practical session developing embodied ecological practices including "Hammoiking 101." Participants learn tangible methods for cultivating new relationships with natural systems through sensory awareness, movement, contemplation, and creative expression. 

These hands-on experiences provide practical tools for continuing ecological awakening beyond the program while demonstrating how embodied intelligence creates pathways toward more meaningful and sustainable ways of living.

This program is designed to be interesting for inquisitive adults. This program meets at the MMA Loines Observatory, at 59 Milk Street Ext., Nantucket MA. Pre-registration is required for this event. In the case of inclement weather, we will hold the event indoors at the Maria Mitchell Association Classroom at 33 Washington Street.
